Return & Exchange Policy
At Scentsational, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Due to the nature of perfumes, we follow a strict return and exchange policy outlined below.
Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- The unboxing video must be uncut, continuous, and clearly show the damaged product.
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are applicable only in cases of damaged products, subject to verification.
- Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product, depending on availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered.
Reporting Damage
- Any damage-related issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
Conditions
- Products that are used, tampered with, or partially consumed are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The original packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact.
Verification & Approval
- All return and exchange requests are subject to quality check and verification by our team.
- The brand reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on the evidence provided.
